I want to do the 5 meals per day thing and see if that works for me so I need some full meal ideas. I've never looked at calories or packaging or weight things out and measured calorie intake so I don't know whether I'm doing it correctly. I'm aiming for 5x 300 calorie meals/snacks per day and I want to know the 'rules' of it.
