Low cal filling food Reply When i first started i was allowed 3600 cals a day for my weight loss which was a thing i struggled with at first but got round to that way of thinking. But now i have gradually moved down to 2300 a day which granted is still a lot. But i find it hard to keep myself full. So i am looking to find out what you guys eat to keep the cals low but fill yourselves up chips and salsa (make sure to watch the number of chips though) fresh veggies (watch out for sugars in fruit) cottage cheese w/tomato popcorn (air popped or with a tiny amount of controlled butter then add spices) Hard boiled eggs one of my favorites (isn't super low cal b/c of peanut butter) is a lightly salted rice cake with a smear of peanut butter, toss on a FEW chocolate covered cranberries.
