I’m going to break my run down into 3 separate miles and I’m going to get through it! Now I have a time to start with and I know I can do it, I just need to be sensible and pace myself well. And I’ll get some headphones so I can shut out the run-walkers too. So that was my parkrun. It was good, I did enjoy it even if I nearly died! Hehe.
