This was my last hope as I could not have surgical intervention because of other multiple gastrointestinal surgeries. I have had no issues with this drug at all but one thing I have learned is this is not a miracle worker. Obese eat outside of being hungry all the time. For many it will not work because you get up and eat even though you truly are not hungry.
